Our SLOW BURN + VIBE classes combined for a perfect blend of strengthening, grounding, beat-bumping, sweaty yoga. Post workout treats include chocolate and non- alcoholic sparkling beverages ✨

⚡️What is SLOW BURN + VIBE?
SLOW BURN: Our Mindful Vinyasa yoga method. During this 60 minute class we focus on alignment, pranayama (breath), asanas (poses), and the transitions in between. Although we don’t be flow as fast as we do in POWER FLOW (there are no intense cardio bursts in SLOW BURN), our focus is still on core work and strengthening moves that increase our heart rate via both low- and high-intensity periods. Come prepared to sweat, breathe, work, and restore. All classes are dimly lit, beat-driven and judgement-free.

VIBE: A 60 minute deep and mindful, slow- flowing Vinyasa yoga class during which we connect deeply to our breath and our bodies. We find power in the holds, the pauses, and the transitions of our flow. This method is perfect for grounding, releasing, stretching, and centering. All classes are dimly lit, music-driven, and judgement-free.
