When is the application deadline?

Applications for artisans are due 6 weeks prior to the event date. Applications for performers are due 4 weeks prior to the event date.

How will I know if I am accepted?

An email will be sent to the email provided in your application telling you if you have been accepted, waitlisted, or denied.

Artists will be invoiced for their spot after they have been accepted.

What if I can't apply online myself?

Email [email protected] or call us at 301-689-6900 and we can help you apply. 

If I’m a Musician, what is the selection process?

An effort is made to give every applicant at least one performance during the event based on the performers schedule and preferences (indoor/outdoor, sound set up, etc.); as well as family friendliness of the performance. 

Artist Responsibilities

Artists/Musicians are expected to check their email for any updates related to the event, especially as we near the event date.

Artists/Musicians are expected to follow event terms & conditions and safety procedures or may be asked to leave the event without a refund for their spot.
