Hey folks, guess what time it is? If you guessed time to meet the intern, you are correct and you win a prize. Well, okay maybe not a prize, but you have won bragging rights for your astounding ability to be able to indeed guess what time it is.
So, without further ado, greetings my fellow Frostburgians. My name is Angel, and I am currently in my last semester here at FSU. I started out with a plan to study Environmental Science but quickly switched to English when I realized my youthful passion for writing had not fizzled out with age but had just been laying dormant waiting patiently for me to pick up my pen and reignite that flame. I I’ve always wanted to get my degree and be a writer, but life and a severe case of imposter syndrome had me on another path. After many years of playing that dreaded what if game with myself, I took the plunge back into writing and am so excited to have the chance to exercise my writing muscles by helping to promote all the wonderful businesses and activities that Frostburg has to offer.
I can’t wait to meet everyone, spend some time exploring this beautiful city and learn all about the amazing people that work hard every day to make this a place I hope to call home for many years to come.
