2021 marks the 3rd annual Downtown Frostburg Cocoa Crawl on February 13th from 10am-3pm! Though our event is usually in January, this year we have decided to pair the Cocoa Crawl with Valentine’s Day weekend and offer special chocolate treats while you shop for that special someone! McFarland’s Candies will be creating cocoa bombs that will be available in select locations for FREE, restaurants and cafes will offer hot chocolate specials in a variety of flavors, and our downtown retail shops will have sweet snacks and Valentine’s discounts all day!
