Frostburg ‘Deck the Meters’ – A Review and Gallery
Thanks to the Storybook Holiday Committee the 2020 holiday season had some extra help: the parking meters on Main, Water, and Broadway streets were festively and cheerfully decorated by our very own community in a celebration titled, ‘Deck the Meters’!
