As we approach the one-year mark of the first positive COVID-19 cases in Maryland, it is important to reflect on some of the positives in our lives. This year has not been without its challenges. We have faced illness and uncertainty, as well as new regulations and mandatory quarantines. It has been a difficult time, especially for small businesses. Despite this, the city of Frostburg has continued to thrive. Our community has adapted quickly and efficiently. Restaurants remained open with takeout, delivery and outdoor dining. With some creative fine tuning, we were still able to host many of our annual activities. It is all thanks to the strong sense of community here in Downtown Frostburg!
